Emergency Shutdown Panel

Emergency shutdown system is an important safety equipment to protect the hydrocarbon lines during emergency situation. Emergency shutdown panel or ESD panels are being used for quick closure of valves when a pipe got leaked, broken, fire, or some other unexpected emergency. The ESD panel allows a safety valve to be closed from remote station or panel console. It is designed to minimize the consequences of emergency situations and prevent the outbreak of fire in hydrocarbon escape areas or other areas which may be hazardous.

ESD panel consists of multiple components such as hydraulically driven pumps, strainer, valves, hydraulic oil tank, instruments, regulators, push buttons, etc., It is constructed using stainless steel material suitable for
both outdoor and indoor installations. It can be completely designed and supplied inline with customer specific requirements.

Features

  • Immediate Shutdown: Closes the ESD Valve within the set time to prevent accidents
  • Fail-Safe & Remote Activation: Automatically triggers shutdown via remote control, minimizing personnel risk
  • Utilizes hydraulic or pneumatic power to operate the ESD Valve. Electrically operated option is also available
