Flushing Ring

A flushing ring is installed in a “sandwich” arrangement:
Process flange → Flushing Ring → Diaphragm Seal → Pressure Transmitter

It is positioned exactly at the diaphragm interface so the flushing fluid reaches the diaphragm surface and process connection cavity directly.

Flushing ports are used to:

• clean the diaphragm surface periodically
